March 2020

seeing it & then really seeing it

Well, today I thought I’d share condensed story of our grocery shopping experience from yesterday that I didn’t expect. Many of the shelves were empty, such as the can soups, I guess you could say all the perishable-type foods and breads, eggs, etc. But I found it odd that the items were marked down quite low, which is good and bad. Because the lowness doesn’t help the current hoarding situation, it actually encourages it, but that’s just my thought.

And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

Philippians 4:7

I feel bad for the people who really need these items and they’re all gone. Our Walmart didn’t have grocery bags either for some reason. I live in a small town called a city, but we only have 3 main grocery stores.

Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee.

Isaiah 26:3
